WELLBEING TRAININGS

PILATES TRAININGS

Pilates is a form of exercise that focuses on strengthening muscles while improving postural alignment and flexibility. Participants will engage in Pilates sessions in İstanbul (Türkiye) to enhance their core strength and body awareness.

ROWING TRAINING

Participants will receive training in rowing techniques on water in boats in İstanbul (Türkiye). This training program will accommodate individuals at varying levels, including beginners and more advanced rowers.

AQUATIC ACTIVITIES TRAININGS

Swimming lessons will be conducted in Thessaloniki (Greece) to improve swimming skills and overall aquatic fitness. These sessions will include instruction on swimming strokes, breathing techniques, and water safety.
